Returns and Exchanges

The creators of Miraclesuit want you to love what you're wearing. That's why we offer a no hassle return policy that makes it simple and easy to exchange your Miraclesuit merchandise if you're not completely satisfied.

To Make a Return via UPS

  • Write your reason for return on a copy of your Packing List and enclose it in your package.

  • Affix the UPS label located on your invoice to the outside of your package. For your records, you'll want to keep the bottom part of the return label that shows your Return Tracking Number. This is the number you can use to track your return package at www.UPS.com. A charge of $9.95 will be deducted from the total refund amount that is being credited to your card.

  • Schedule a pickup at your location with UPS by calling 1-800-Pick-UPS or bring your package to any UPS drop box location. Find a UPS drop box.

To Make a Return via U.S. Postal Service

  • Write your reason for return on a copy of your Packing List and enclose it in your package.

Our Return Policy

  • Your return must be postmarked within 30 days after you receive your order.

  • Returns postmarked after 30 days but before 60 days will result in Miraclesuit merchandise credit only. Please refer to our Frequently Asked Questions to learn more about merchandise credit.

  • Returns postmarked after 60 days will be returned to sender and not accepted for credit, exchange, or refund.

  • Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as it was received with all tags and hygenic liner attached. If items are not returned in as-new condition, such as they worn, used, or damaged, they will be returned at the customer's expense and no credit, refund, or exchange will be given. If tags fall off while you are trying on the garment, please be courteous and enclose the tags with your return.

  • Merchandise credit is non-refundable and non-transferable. It can not be redeemed through any website other than Miraclesuit.com and must be used for Miraclesuit merchandise.

  • We only accept returns and exchanges on merchandise purchased from Miraclesuit.com. Miraclesuit merchandise purchased from other websites or retail stores will not be accepted.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • When using the UPS return shipping label that was enclosed with your order, you pay nothing upfront for your return shipment. After we receive and process your return, a charge of $9.95 will be deducted from the total refund amount that is being credited to your credit card.

  • For you convenience, we recommend using UPS for your return however you can choose a different method of your choice. You will be responsible for all costs associated with the shipping carrier you choose.

For An Exchange

  • To request an upgrade to a faster shipping method, please send an e-mail to service@miraclesuit.com or call Customer Service at 1-877-838-7181. You will be charged the difference between the standard shipping rates and the upgrade shipping method you select.

  • If you are exchanging for the same merchandise due to damages or defects, you will not be charged for return shipping.

  • Exchanges are processed upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

  • A credit or charge will be made in the form of original payment method if there is a difference in price between your returned merchandise and the replacement merchandise.

  • Customers who have registered an e-mail address through Miraclesuit.com will receive an e-mail detailing the date the exchange was processed and the credit or charge difference if applicable.

  • If you prefer to have the new merchandise shipped to you prior to receipt of your return, your credit card will be charged in full for the cost of the new merchandise at the time when it is shipped. Your account will then be credited for the amount of the returned merchandise when it is received and processed by Miraclesuit. Your credit card statement will reflect two transactions: a purchase of the new merchandise and a refund for the returned merchandise less shipping and handling charges.

For a Refund

  • A refund will be issued, minus shipping and handling, in the form of original payment method upon receipt and processing of your return. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

  • Customers who have placed their order online at Miraclesuit.com will receive an e-mail detailing the date the refund was processed and the amount.
