It looks like the bottom
"It looks like the bottom of the top is simply cut with a pair of scissors. The one I received had a ragged edge and I had to trim the straggly pieces by hand. Also, the top floats up when entering the water as there is no weight to the bottom to keep it in place. Terrible design flaw. Would not recommend purchasing as it looks like they simply forgot to hem or “finish” sewing this top, and it floats in the water when entering a pool."
