This 100% natural raffia bag is dyed using vegetable dyes. The Aubergine color is created with red onion skin, or, depending on the season, pink bougainvillea. Each piece takes approximately 48 hours to weave by hand.

Subtle variations in color and weave are to be expected - and celebrated - as part of each piece's natural beauty.  These differences reflect the hands that made them and the spirit of traditional craft.
