International orders ship FREE.

For your convenience, all international customers, including Canada and Mexico, all our products are shipped through Global-E via DHL for faster delivery. 

Using our country selector, in the top right corner (marked by a country flag), you can select the destination and currency of your choice.

Taxes, Duties and any other fees will be applied to your cart at time of checkout via the Global-E system.

While we ship to most countries, we do not ship to all. Unfortunately we currently cannot ship to the following countries:

  • Ukraine
  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • Israel
  • China

Returns

Due to Shipping costs, international returns labels must be paid for by the customer.

To process returns for international orders, please use the Global-E returns portal link below.

Note: Use the "Global-E Order #", not your miraclesuit.com order number which is located in your Global-E receipt email when visiting the return portal.

For a full refund on your credit card (minus taxes, Duties and any other fees), your return must be postmarked within 30 business days after you receive your order.

All returned merchandise must be in "as-received" condition with tags and panty liners in place. If items are soiled, damaged, worn, used or in other than as received condition, they will be returned to the customer.

Merchandise received after 45 days of ship date will not be accepted for credit, reorder or refund. The items will be returned to sender.

Items purchased anywhere other than Miraclesuit.com will be returned to the customer.

Refunds

As soon as we process your returned merchandise, the credit card you used to pay for your original order will be credited if you are due a refund. (You'll see the credit in 1-2 billing cycles on your statement.) Please allow 30 business days from when we receive your return for processing. We currently do not offer exchanges.

Customers with email addresses on file will receive an email detailing the date the refund was processed. Due to Shipping costs, international returns labels must be paid for by the customer. Please be aware that once you create the DHL Return Label the charge will be deducted from your refund.
