Does Miraclesuit have a catalog?

Miraclesuit does not have a catalog at this time. Many of our retail partners distribute catalogs.

Can you send special offers or coupons by regular postal mail? 

At this time, we only send special offers via e-mail. Please register to sign up for our emailing list to receive the latest Miraclesuit updates, offers, and more.

What holidays are Miraclesuit closed?

Miraclesuit Headquarters and Distribution Center are closed on the following U.S. holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day - July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Please take this into consideration when ordering and note that we will not send any shipments after 2 p.m. E.T. on the day prior to a holiday, or on any holiday or weekend. Shipments will resume the first day back from a holiday or weekend. 

The following customer service hours will be in effect for these days:
Wednesday prior to Thanksgiving: 8:00am to 2:00pm

What size should I order? 

We recommend using our size chart to find your fitor many customers order a swimsuit in their usual pant size for the most comfortable fit. If you are between sizes or your pants fit snug, we suggest sizing up.

What are your washing instructions? 

All Miraclesuits must be hand washed. please click here for detailed instructions.

Ordering & Returns

How can I be sure my order went through?

Once your order is placed at this time no changes can be made to the order. Our system immediately begins to process your order.

How can I check the status of my order?

Please send an e-mail using our Contact form to inquire about the status of your order or you can call Customer Service at 1-877-838-7181. Please note that you will receive an e-mail notifying you when your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?  

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel by sending us an e-mail using our Contact form or by calling Customer Service at 1-877-838-7181.

I chose 2nd Day or Next Day shipping. Why hasn't my order arrived yet?

Next Day and 2nd Day shipping refers to how quickly your order should arrive after it has been shipped, and does not include the time that it takes to process your order. Additionally, credit card authorizations pending approval and courier issues could delay your order.

I bought my Miraclesuit merchandise at a retail store or from a different website. Can I return it to you?

We can only accept returns of merchandise purchased from Likewise, any merchandise purchase from cannot be returned to a retail store.

The merchandise I ordered arrived damaged. Do I have to pay additional shipping charges to exchange it? 

Not at all. If your order arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it at no additional charge, including shipping and handling fees.

Can I return merchandise using any shipping method?

We highly recommend using Happy Returns by PayPal which offers box-free, printer-free, and sustainable returns. Start your return online, select the items you wish to return and tell us why. Then, locate a Return Bar near you and use the QR code emailed by Happy Returns to complete your return drop-off in less than a minute.

If you choose to mail in your return, we recommend UPS for your return and we enclose a UPS return shipping label with your order for your convenience. If you select a different carrier, you will be responsible for any associated shipping fees.

Canada, Mexico and International Orders

Does Miraclesuit ship to Canada, Mexico and International Countries?

Yes. Shipping rates are listed on our Shipping Information page.

What options do I have for delivery service and carrier?

Miraclesuit can only offer Expedited DHL or UPS shipping to Canada, Mexico and International Countries customers at this time.

What fees and charges will be applied to my order?

Miraclesuit does not charge international sales tax, shipping duties, or brokerage fees. You will be responsible for directly paying all applicable sales tax, including GST and PST, and duties to customs upon delivery of your order. Please contact your customs office for a detailed explanation of how duties and taxes work when ordering online from the U.S. if you need further assistance.

Why do I need to pay duty?

Miraclesuits are manufactured offshore of imported fabrics and as such are dutiable.

Promotions & Contests

Can you tell me how a promotional code is applied to an order?

Once in your shopping cart, look below the last suit on your purchase, you will see text which says apply discount code, click on this. A rectangle box will appear; type the coupon code in this box. Line item will appear with discount amount.

Can I get a price adjustment?

As a courtesy to our customers, we will honor a one-time price adjustment if an item is placed on sale (excluding Clearance) within two weeks (14 days) of the date of your purchase. To request a price adjustment, please call Customer Service at 1.877.838.7181 or send an email to within the 14 day window. If sending an email, please be sure to include your order number and order date. Refunds for price differences are issued in the original form of payment.
